Job Summary

Important:

-Candidates applying for this role must be based in Belgium and fully available to work onsite in Brussels office 50% of the time each week.

The Cluster Scrum Masters mission is to focus on supporting various stakeholders in the tribe to communicate coordinate and cooperate. The Scrum master assists the tribe in delivering their goals by ensuring a smooth environment and facilitating continuous improvement; helps the tribe to self-organize / manage and reinforces scrum / agile practices within the tribe.

There are 3 main fields to cover:

- taking the delivery owner role for opus/feature where the cluster is in the lead

- coaching the squads in the cluster on delivery related topics

- fostering a good collaboration with the concerned clusters in the Risk&Credits tribe (and especially their CSM)

Requirements

Important:

-Candidates applying for this role must be based in Belgium and fully available to work onsite in Brussels office 50% of the time each week.

Education: Master or equivalent by experience
Certification in agile methodologies / delivery is a plus
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Mandatory working experience in the banking industry
Mandatory technical experience delivering projects in a scaled agile context
Fluent English and Dutch with basic knowledge of French OR Fluent English and French with basic knowledge of Dutch
Nice to have: experience with delivery of projects in a distributed development environment
Nice to have: experience in the world of credits and/or channels
Excellent communication skills
Able to cope with complex conflicts of interest between stakeholders
Able to adopt an helicopter view over the situation to identify and resolve present and future inter-tribe/squad dependencies
Has a significant influence on those around him/her to promote agile delivery practices at the level of his/her tribe and beyond.
