About the Role
Our partner has developed an innovative patient sensory device mounted to a remote-controlled robot designed to enhance skilled nursing facility and senior care facility patient care. As a Remote Patient Robotics Operator you will play a critical role in supporting this mission by virtually controlling the robot and engaging with patients and skilled nursing facility and senior care staff in a professional and compassionate manner.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and control remote robot system during scheduled shifts.
Navigate the robot through skilled nursing and senior care facilities to ensure smooth operation and patient interaction.
Interact with patients remotely in a professional empathetic and customer-focused manner.
Accurately follow protocols to maintain patient privacy dignity and safety.
Communicate effectively with on-site staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
Document interactions and report any issues or technical problems promptly.
Requirements
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service healthcare or related fields preferred.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare staff.
Reliable and consistent work attendance with a history of good tenure.
Comfortable working with technology and able to quickly learn new systems.
Ability to stay focused and attentive throughout the shift.
High-speed internet connection and a quiet distraction-free home workspace.
