of Job Duties:The Student Employee will support the research activities of the Occupational Therapy Lab. Responsibilities include assisting with data collection entry and organization; preparing research materials; conducting literature reviews; maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies; and providing general administrative support to faculty and graduate students. The position may also involve helping with participant recruitment and scheduling observing lab sessions and contributing to project documentation.


Qualifications:

Current student in the UAMS UARK Occupational Therapy Program (preferably a 2nd year student).

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong time-management skills creativity attention to detail and the ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with research activities Support data collection entry and organization; help prepare study materials; and contribute to literature reviews and project documentation.

  • Support lab operations Maintain equipment supplies and files; assist with scheduling and coordinating research participants; and provide general administrative support.

  • Collaborate with faculty and students.

  • Work closely with the research team to ensure projects run smoothly communicate progress and contribute to a positive and professional lab environment.

  • Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.


    Salary Information:

    $15/hr to a student enrolled in the CHP Occupational Therapy program.
