The Maintenance Tech at K & S Manufacturing will assist in ensuring equipment and facilities are in top operating conditions by maintaining and repairing equipment and facilities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preventative maintenance of machines equipment or devices to access and remove defective parts using hoists cranes hand tools or power tools.

Repair machines equipment or structures using tools such as hammers hoists saws drills wrenches or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.

Perform routine maintenance such as inspecting drives motors or belts checking fluid levels replacing filters and doing other preventive maintenance actions.

Proceed on assignments with minimum supervision and work is subject to final inspection.

Comply with policies processes and systems of the ISO quality management system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-3 years of prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.

* Experience with in CNC desired

* Experience in Tool & Die highly desired.

Mechanical aptitude with ability to interpret schematics and drawings.

Working knowledge of Hydraulics Pneumatics electrical PLC controllers and process equipment.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to change direction and handle multiple responsibilities/tasks on a routine basis.

Must be detail oriented.
