Job Summary

Primary Purpose of the Role:Perform all facets of maintenance repair installation and modification to Company equipment buildings and grounds. Essential Functions:Performs grade or product changeovers on machine centers which includes Flexographic Printing Presses Converting Folders Formers various types of packaging equipment and conveyor systems. Effectively diagnoses adjusts and repairs a variety of mechanical electrical power transmission hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Performs preventive maintenance functions on all equipment and facilities adhering to published PM schedules. Assists in updating and accurately maintaining computer tracking for preventive maintenance work order system labor tracking spare parts and general maintenance. A.) Electro/Mechanical Mechanical Electrical Electronics or Robotics preferred but not requiredAbility to demonstrate fabrication machining and ability to upgrade a machine mechanicallyProficient with a variety of shop tools processes and related diagnostic/measuring devices for common and also infrequent uses in equipment assembly disassembly machining fabrication rebuilds installation adjustment modifications alignment cutting welding pipefitting and misc.
