What Youll Do
- Diagnose repair and maintain vehicles including engines transmissions steering brakes suspension and air conditioning systems
- Perform high-quality repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs parts and timelines
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Ensure all work meets the highest levels of accuracy efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
What Were Looking For
- A or B Level Technician with 5 years of professional automotive experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed flat-rate performance standards
- Ford experience preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Professional reliable and team-oriented demeanor
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
