IT Portfolio consultant

As a Portfolio Consultant youll support the Retail CISO function by coordinating strategic and operational initiatives across global teams. Youll manage change portfolios facilitate onboarding of digital products and ensure effective communication and reporting across cybersecurity domains. Youll be part of Global CISO Team based in Netherlands in Poland.

Roles and responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Retail CISO change portfolio ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and country-specific roadmaps.
• Facilitate alignment between global and local CISO teams of Retail countries.
• Prepare materials and reports for senior forums and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor progress identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Support onboarding processes and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards.
• Maintain reporting cadence and ensure clarity and consistency in communications.
• Act as a point of contact for resolving change-related issues and follow-up actions.

• In order to succeed in this role it is essential that you:
• Have around 5 years of professional experience on similar position. Experience in international environment is a must.
• Are proficient in English and feel confident in presenting and reporting to a broader diverse audience.
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Have ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines and to cope with dynamically changing priorities.
• Have fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility.
• Work independently and have structured way of working.
• Are proficient in problem-solving open-minded and have hands-on mentality.
