Job Summary
Process ERP & QSE Performance Project Manager

1. Process Design and Reliability
- Map key business processes (quotation production logistics quality maintenance safety).
- Define and document operational standards (procedures instructions controls).
- Integrate these processes into Odoo to ensure consistency and traceability between system and field operations.
- Establish performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor efficiency and compliance.
2. Odoo Implementation and Optimization
- Lead or co-lead Odoo improvement projects with internal teams and external partners.
- Configure workflows forms and quality checks in Odoo to reflect QSE best practices.
- Train and support users: adoption troubleshooting feedback loops.
- Act as the bridge between operational needs and ERP solutions.
3. Continuous Improvement & QSE Compliance
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive corrective or preventive actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (process reviews internal audits action plans).
- Ensure practices comply with ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 standards.
- Prepare for and follow up on external audits.
Must Have
- Solid understanding of ERP systems (Odoo) and integrated QSE frameworks.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering Quality Management or Information Systems.
- Experience: 38 years in an industrial or technical SME environment with both field and system experience.
- Skilled in Lean Management process mapping and project management.
- Key strengths: rigor pragmatism teamwork and the ability to drive change across teams.
Responsibilities
- Reports to the operation responsible (with a functional link to the QSE Manager).
- Works cross-functionally with production logistics sales IT and management.
- Serves as a central link between system (Odoo) field operations and QSE management.
