Were looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our supportive Newcastle team. Youll work closely with clients employers healthcare providers and insurers to create tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans that improve lives and foster independence.

What Youll Do

Develop personalised whole-person rehab and return-to-work plans

Assess physical psychological and social factors impacting recovery

Conduct Vocational Workplace and Functional Capacity Assessments

Identify practical return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery timelines

Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes

Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations

About You

Qualified Psychologist or Rehabilitation Cousellor with AHPRA or ASORC membership/registration

12 years in occupational rehabilitation experience

Excellent communicator and confident working with diverse stakeholders

Passionate about achieving positive rehab outcomes

Must have a drivers licence access to a pool car available and recent National Police Clearance
