Job Summary
Position:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - ConsultationLocation:Stacy Middle SchoolSchedule:2025-2026 School Year Up to 10-hours per month Salary:Per Contract To Start:Immediate Qualifications:Must hold Behavior Analyst certificationExperience working with middle school learners with ASD in the school settingExperience working with students with behavior challengesExperience knowledge and training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)Knowledge of Mass. Special Education regulationsTrained in Crisis Prevention InterventionMust possess strong communication and consultative skillsDuties:Provide behavioral consultation services to students with autism behavioral issues and/or social/emotional disabilitiesProvide consultation to educators working with students with behavioral challengesConduct functional behavioral analyses and assessments Develop and and assist with implementation of behavior intervention plansDevelop data-driven individualized programs for studentsDesign data-based monitoring systems to evaluate student progress and program effectivenessProvide staff and parent trainingAttend and assist in facilitation of monthly clinic meetingsCollaborate and communicate with colleagues and administrators regarding student needsPerform other duties as assigned by building administration and Director of Special Education
