Box Office Staff

Brooklyn Bowl is hiring an experienced box office member at our flagship location in Brooklyn NY.

Ideal candidates will be those with:

*2 years New York City music industry experience (high-volume environment preferred)

*Ability to execute ticket sales for day-of and future shows while simultaneously interacting withcustomers accurately courteously and efficiently

*Ability to work closely with our customers regarding general questionsreprints sales will calland scanning issues

*Organizational skills to oversee will-call and guest lists for ticketed events

*Strong math skills and customer service experience is mandatory

*Ability to multi-task successfully and effectively in a focused and organized manner

*The drive and dedication to make sure all of the little details are perfect

*Stand-out personality and the ability to shine under pressureA proven track record of successworking in a structured team environment

*Previous work in a live music venue a plus

*Experience with Ticketweb is preferred

*Mandatory availability Friday Saturday Sunday is required one to two additional weekdays is preferred.
