This Technician will be responsible for sites in Altoona and Punxsutawney and the surrounding areaAre you ready to join the Un-carrier movement
If so our team is searching for an impactful Field Technician to join us in taking the next big leap forward!
You should possess a balance of wireless industry exposure coupled with the ability to be independent and cover a wide area of sites in our market. You will be an Operations generalist encompassing aspects of technical support project management and operational support while being a responsible teammate.

Responsibilities
Technical support: Provides technical support within the network and occasionally outside immediate team. Executes network performance initiatives troubleshoots to outage resolution performs routine site maintenance and works to identify day-to-day improvement opportunities. Maintains all assigned tools and test equipment including a company provided vehicle.
Project management: Tackles smaller projects or portions of key projects / initiatives providing accurate status and progress updates as requested.
Operations: Identifies and shares potential process improvements and recommends them to Senior Technicians and / or management for consideration. Provides input on process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities. Assists in creation of job aids scopes of work method / statement of procedure and conducive tools working closely with a Senior Technician.
Continuous learning: Enrolls in and completes training requirements to stay current on existing and new systems and products to grow skills and to expand proficiency in what we value and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
3 yrs wireless experience in field operations with a proven track record of success.
Must meet minimum technical proficiency requirements with Nokia equipment in the field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated; exhibits initiative in achieving company goals and objectives.
Basic leadership skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
Able to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility with ever-changing environments and priorities.
Tackle problems using creativity and innovation.
Operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits to include but not limited to RF transmitters antenna systems AAV fiber microwave radio and AC-DC power systems.
Flexible hours a must. Day and night work are part of the job as well as being part of an on-call rotation for the market.

Base Pay Range: $27.16 - $48.99Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile employees in regular non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
