Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning development and implementation of Mechanical Electrical and Process systems ensuring alignment with project specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers providing technical guidance and quality oversight to successfully implement high-performance builds.
  • Develop and implement system building standards operational procedures and maintenance strategies to optimize performance safety and reliability.
  • Collaborate with collaborators including architects contractors vendors and clients to flawlessly integrate process systems into facility compositions and operations.
  • Coordinate the development and upkeep of Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for process systems ensuring precision and alignment with other subject areas.
  • Conduct risk assessments system performance analyses and troubleshooting to resolve issues related to UPW purity gas delivery or chemical handling.
  • Ensure strict compliance with environmental health and safety regulations including SEMI standards OSHA and local codes for hazardous materials.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to select equipment materials and vendors ensuring cost-effectiveness and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in engineering.
  • 5-7 years of experience in facilities semiconductor leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards such as SEMI S2 ASME BPE and ISO 14644 for cleanroom environments.
  • Experience with BIM software (e.g. Revit Navisworks).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established leadership and communication skills for team management and collaboration with diverse customers vendors and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety efficiency and compliance in high-stakes environments.
  • Familiarity with control systems (e.g. SCADA PLC) and data-driven process optimization is highly desirable.
