Director of Marketing Skilled Nursing Facilities
Compensation: $130K-$160K yearly

Our client is seeking a dynamic results-driven Director of Marketing to lead marketing and census development efforts across Skilled Nursing Facilities in New Jersey. This individual will play a key role in driving census growth strengthening referral relationships and enhancing the organizations visibility and reputation within the healthcare community.
Responsibilities
- Drive census growth by meeting admissions targets and maintaining near-full occupancy levels.
- Build and nurture relationships with hospitals case managers physicians senior centers and community organizations.
- Conduct regular hospital visits to generate referrals and maintain a consistent on-site presence.
- Plan and host community outreach events open houses and educational sessions to promote the facilities.
- Collaborate daily with admissions and administrative teams to review bed availability new admissions pending discharges and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement referral pipelines that directly increase new resident admissions.
- Travel frequently between hospitals facilities and community partners
Requirements
- Proven sales and marketing experience in the long-term care or skilled nursing industry is required.
- Established relationships with local hospital case managers and discharge planners.
- Outgoing personality with strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between hospitals facilities and community sites.
- Strong capacity to develop trust and rapport with referral sources and stakeholders.
