Join Our Team as Senior Manager ISC Strategy & Transformation!

Drive strategic transformation across the Integrated Supply Chain by leading high-impact initiatives in footprint optimization risk management and operational resilience. The role partners with senior leaders to shape and execute the STRAP enable data-driven decisions and ensure alignment of manufacturing capabilities with business prioritiesdelivering competitive advantage through agile execution and cross-functional leadership. The role ensures that business financial and operational decisions across plants and ISC functions support the companys long-term strategy resilience and customer commitments.

What Youll Do:

  • Business Transformation & Risk Management

Act as a strategic partner for transformation change management and M&A initiatives.

Own business modeling feasibility strategies and footprint scenario planning.

Lead major transformation projects (e.g. greenfield startups site closures) and define manufacturing strategies for new segments.

Develop and implement global risk mitigation and contingency plans to enhance operational resilience.

  • Strategy & Operational Performance

Lead the ISC STRAP process aligned with the companys dual-leg strategy.

Drive strategy deployment through cross-functional teams.

Manage make-or-buy analysis resource allocation and competitiveness initiatives.

Collaborate with AME and engineering to ensure capital planning and footprint optimization are aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Strategic Decision-Making & Stakeholder Alignment

Present strategic recommendations and updates to senior leadership.

Actively participate in plant selection and allocation committees.

Contribute to company-wide STRAP as a strategic beacon.

  • Talent & Organizational Development

Lead a team of senior project/program managers to execute critical initiatives.

Promote talent development succession planning and strategic leadership.

Foster cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.

What We Need:

Education: Masters Degree / Engineering Degree or equivalent.

Experience: 7 years in manufacturing and supply chain within an industrial environment (automotive is a plus).

Key Skills & Knowledge:

Six Sigma certification (minimum Green Belt; expert level preferred).

Strong background in operations manufacturing engineering and sourcing.

Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects.

Experience managing virtual and multicultural teams.

Cultural agility and emotional intelligence across organizational levels.

Change leadership and influencing skills.

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
