We are currently hiring for a Process Control Leader to join our team in our Wrexham factory!
As a Process Control Leader you will have the ownership of the performance of their own Stream of machines and will be the glue between machine performance people performance and product quality (connecting HSE production maintenance quality and planning departments) pulling the various teams together
What Youll Do:
Safety
Champion Health & Safety standards within your process area.
Lead 6S activities and support audits.
Carry out initial accident/incident investigations.
Promote safe behaviours and coach the team.
Daily / Weekly Performance
Monitor machine performance and analyse KPIs to minimise deviations.
Ensure tools standards and processes are followed to maintain product flow.
Lead daily performance discussions and support production planning.
Drive actions on performance issues and support data accuracy (OEE stop codes).
Continuous Improvement & Loss Reduction
Lead and support improvement projects to reduce losses and boost KPIs.
Work with Operators and support teams to update standards and eliminate recurring issues.
Review quarterly performance data and agree improvement priorities.
Act as a key driver of machine performance and problemsolving.
Employee Engagement
Communicate clearly with the team and support training needs.
Ensure SOPs and standards are understood and followed.
Motivate and develop team members building strong coordination across departments.
You are the right fit if you have/are:
Preferably hold HNC degree or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
Proven experience within a manufacturing or a multiprocess production environment.
Background in manufacturing or operations leadership process engineering or supervising teams.
Strong communicator with the ability to guide motivate and support Shift Coordinators Team Leaders and Operators.
Selfmotivated confident and able to lead teams toward achieving targets and continuous improvement.
