What Youll Be Doing

As our new Contracts Coordinator youll be the glue that holds our contracts team togetherensuring smooth operations clear communication and top-tier service delivery. Youll work closely with managers departments and clients to keep everything running like clockwork.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Processing contract documents with accuracy and speed
• Matching timesheets with tracker reports and flagging discrepancies
• Booking accommodation and building a cost-saving database
• Keeping project files up to date with the latest releases
• Supporting transport and fleet coordination including lifting equipment and vehicle scheduling
• Handling customer queries and liaising with site teams
• Assisting with billing purchase orders and mobilisation documentation
• Jumping in to support ad hoc tasks across the contracts team

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone whos sharp organised and ready to make a difference. Youll bring:

• Basic MS Office skills (well train you on our systems)
• Solid general education with strong numeracy and literacy
• Experience working with customers and suppliers in a B2B setting
• Ability to collaborate across departments and drive results
