Job Summary
Description
Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interaction while accurately mixing and serving beverages to guests and servers in a friendly and efficient manner.
At all times bartenders are expected to be attentive to the guests needs and making them feel welcome comfortable important and relaxed.
Bartender Responsibilities may include:
- Greet guests take beverage orders from the servers or directly from guests.
- Mix drinks cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered.
- Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle an assigned house bank and follow all cash handling procedures
- Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests prepare inventory
- Serve snacks or food items to guests seated at the bar where appropriate.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products menus and promotions.
Prior experience as Bartender barman mixologist bar back is very helpful to the success at this job

Requirements/Responsibilities
Bartender / Mixologist Requirements:
* Previous bartending experience / training
* Excellent oral communication skills
* Positive interpersonal skills be a good listener
* The ability to multi task and work well in a high volume work environment
* Fluent in English and proficiency in other languages is a plus
* Must have valid or be able obtain a food handler card in first 30 days
Prior experience as Bartender barman mixologist bar back is very helpful to the success at this job
* Previous bartending experience / training
