- Work side-by-side with the sales team to structure smart strategic deals that get approved fast.
- Present finance and protection options clearly and confidently customers trust your energy and expertise.
- Build relationships with lenders and reps to keep deals flowing and maximize approvals.
- Deliver exceptional results through accountability teamwork and a find a way mindset.
- Keep paperwork accurate and funding clean while keeping your focus on speed and customer satisfaction.

What were looking for:
- Minimum 2years of Finance Manager experience in an automotive dealership.
- Proven ability to read credit match the right lenders and structure strong profitable deals.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
- Strong communication relationship and organizational skills.
- A valid drivers license and professional presentation.
