Short Description
As a Capital Funding Analyst youll support the end-to-end delivery of capital raising activities for Suncorp Group. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams youll contribute to strategic funding projects that drive organisational resilience and growth.
What Youll Do
- Prepare and coordinate applications for regulatory and board approvals ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Engage and manage external advisors including legal accounting and joint lead managers to support transaction execution.
- Validate capital structure proposals against regulatory standards and internal requirements.
- Support due diligence and verification processes including legal documentation and management questionnaires.
- Contribute to the development of disclosure materials such as investor presentations term sheets and ASX announcements.
- Collaborate across internal entities to support capital rebalancing and ensure smooth execution from launch to settlement.
What Youll Bring
- 3years experiencewithin a professional environment working across multiple deliverablesin technical teams (i.e. legal regulatory reporting financial accounting tax compliance treasury).
- Proventrack recordmanaging relationshipscommunicatinginfluencingand negotiatingwith multiple stakeholders(from varied levels&professions)and in multiple forms.
- Demonstrated experiencein adding value to a team
- Enjoy afast pacedenvironment a steep learningcurveandmultiple deliverables
- Enjoy working in an agile manner( between and managing multiple deliverables)
- A reputationasa strong teamplayerwhobrings a willingness to learnwith&support one another.
