The Junior Business Analyst plays a vital role in keeping people and parts moving worldwide! Youll help deliver and document a market-leading catalogue that meets the needs of our stakeholders and customers all supported by efficient and effective data management systems. About The Role:
- Assist with identifying documenting and clarifying business needs and requirements through stakeholder engagement process mapping and clear documentation of workflows use cases and business rules.
- Support stakeholder meetings by preparing agendas taking notes communicating updates and facilitating collaboration between business users and technical teams.
- Contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by drafting test cases logging defects validating solutions and ensuring delivered outcomes meet business needs.
- Help prepare training materials process documents and communications for system rollouts or process changes while assessing business readiness and potential impacts.
- Track task progress update project artifacts (e.g. BRDs issue logs) and support project management activities.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support business cases.
- Proactively maintain workplace health and safety (OH&S) compliance by adhering to policies and participating in safety discussions visits and audits.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and complete additional tasks as directed by your manager.
About You:
- Experience in a Business Analyst Data or related role.
- Ability to translate non-technical stakeholder requirements into clear analytics or business requirements.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in Data & Analytics concepts including Business Intelligence (BI) Reporting or Data Analysis.
- Strong organisational skills able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to learn and assist in workshops meetings documenting and process mapping.
- Analytical and organised with strong attention to detail.
