Join our team as an Environmental Health Officer working directly with our community to safeguard public and environmental health. Key duties include

• Conducting compliance inspections and enforcing public health legislation
• Assessing applications for on-site wastewater management systems
• Providing specialist advice on development applications
• Guiding and educating the community to promote positive behavioural change.

Remuneration:

$87711 - $100867 per annum plus superannuation

About you

To succeed in this role youll hold a Bachelor of Science specialising in Environmental Health (or equivalent) accredited by Environmental Health Australia or Environmental Health Professionals Australia. Youll bring solid experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of key legislation. Your ability to interpret and apply environmental health laws and standards will be key to delivering informed practical advice.
