Infant Teacher The Learning Experience - Milford
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
Age Group: Infants
- Lead and manage the infant classroom to ensure a safe nurturing and engaging environment.
- Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support each childs social emotional and physical development.
- Communicate daily with parents about routines milestones and achievements.
- Collaborate with co-teachers to create consistent caring routines.
- Partner with the Center Director and staff to maintain quality standards and achieve center goals.
- Adhere to all Massachusetts ECE licensing and safety requirements.
- Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1 year preferred).
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred.
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
