We have an immediate opening for a full or part-time Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk Assistant. Our Chiropractic Wellness practice is looking for you to help us deliver exceptional service to our patients!
If you have experience great! If you dont we will train you!
You must have a positive outlook be proactive a fast learner detail-oriented & a strong team player. You must be able to multitask and move quickly with a smile!
Other duties & requirements include:
- Check patients in and out.
- Ability to assist Doctor with notes exam and x-ray
- Schedule appointments collections patient calls filing emails & financial consultations
- Computer skills needed
- Administering cold laser therapy
- Ability to direct the flow of patients and Doctors efficiently
- Great communication skills
- Chiropractic experience helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Chiro Touch software and experience with EHR helpful
- Taking temperatures & disinfecting Equipment
- Customer service Sales and or Wellness Experience helpful
- Social media experience a bonus
