Think Tell Junction We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications public relations or a related field. As an Entry Level Communications Assistant you will have the opportunity to work closely with our communications department supporting various initiatives aimed at enhancing our brand presence and engagement with our audience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
- Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
- Conduct research to identify media opportunities and relevant industry trends.
- Help coordinate communication campaigns and events ensuring smooth execution.
- Draft internal and external communications including newsletters and updates.
- Collaborate with team members to generate creative content ideas..
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
