An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Prevention Bookings Team on a temporary basis until Tuesday 31 March 2026.
Our Prevention Bookings Team play an important part in the delivery of Prevention activities and education aimed at reducing risk and vulnerability to fire and other emergencies.
We are looking for an individual who under the direction of the Bookings Team Supervisor can work to tight deadlines to process and progress referrals received for Prevention activities and education to an excellent standard.
Responsibilities
provide a point of contact for internal and external customers
create records assess and prioritise risk book appointments/visits
provide an excellent level of customer service administrative support and data input utilising word processing and spreadsheets
process and schedule school visits to Safeside our experiential learning centre.
Experience and skills
Essential
computer literacy (experience with O365 Microsoft Teams Word Excel)
customer service experience
good interpersonal skills
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to work to tight deadlines while prioritising own workload.
Desirable
call centre experience
previous experience in prevention and/or health wellbeing and social care.
