Key Responsibilities

• Exp: 3 Years In customer experience

• Build strong and lasting relationship with the with all stakeholders within the customers organisation

• Ensure all customer issues and queries are attended to on priority with minimal escalations

• Establish relationship-based customer service delivery

• Manage order management demand management exception handling outstanding management.

• Work with the team to deliver results on customer experience and drive owner mindset for Business

• Conversion of the customer demand forecast into capacity plan at a plant level

• Collaborating with the customer as well as other 3PLs (CHAs transport operators carriers) to ensure seamless logistics planning

• Coordination of Exports and Import processes across transport models - Ocean Air Cold Storage
