About the role
Join Mater Research as a Clinical Trial Team Lead supporting Mater in South Brisbane and Springfield where you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the expansion of the Mater Clinical Trials Service to address the research needs of the local community. This is a full-time maximum-term contract role which is pivotal in establishing and managing the Springfield clinical trial team ensuring alignment with Maters strategic research priorities and operational standards.
Salary range: $60.81 to $64.35 per hour plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
What youll be doing
As the Clinical Trial Team Lead you will be responsible for providing clinical trial leadership and expertise to support the phased implementation of the Springfield research initiative. Key duties include leading the expansion of the Mater Clinical Trials Service facilitating training for research staff embedding clinical research into routine care and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to promote research awareness participation and integration into local health services.
