- Manage and maintain CIM systems for logistics automation
- Review and update communication specifications between CIM and PLC
- Monitor CIM operations and analyze equipment logs
- Troubleshoot issues related to CIM and communication with PLC
- Provide service and support by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with CIM-related issues
- Collaborate with MES and MCS engineers to ensure smooth system integration across manufacturing processes
- Support equipment interface development and validation to guarantee real-time communication between production equipment and higher-level systems
- Participate in system upgrades patches and performance tuning to enhance stability and efficiency of CIM operations
- Document technical issues resolutions and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference
- Assist in projects for smart factory initiatives ensuring CIM is aligned with enterprise IT and manufacturing goals
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and methodology
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and customer service in the manufacturing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean REQUIRED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with MES and MCS integration in a smart factory environment
- Familiarity with equipment communication protocols and automation systems
