As a Document Imaging Technician you will be responsible for initial media preparation and image scanning from a variety of formats. You will manage projects and engage in detailed image management and image editing. Kofile will provide software training on our native and commercial systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Performs as a document manipulation and data entry specialist.
- Operator will inspect each scanned image and repair enhance and manipulate a variety of images so that image quality meets or exceeds expectations.
- Unacceptable images flagged for resolution by team leaders or supervisor.
- Utilize Kofiles software to complete variety of tasks.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using a PC and associated peripherals
- Quality Assurance (QA) or other document imaging experience preferred.
- Software knowledge of Adobe End Design Photoshop Illustrator or Publisher a plus.
- Windows Knowledge ability to navigate within a Windows operating system.
- Understanding of how to move files in a Microsoft Windows environment using File Explorer File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or Windows Directory navigation.
- MS office skills required (Excel Word).
- Basic Data entry and 10-key skills.
- Experience in graphic design photo lab government documentation quality control document processing preservation restoration or as a Document Custodian or document specialist is preferred.
- Attention to details and ability to focus a must.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to process changes.
- Ability to multitask and complete assignments on time.
- High School Diploma minimum / Some college preferred.
