As a Technology Support III team member in the Corporate Sectors Employee Platform you will ensure the operational stability availability and performance of our production application flows. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot maintain identify escalate and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems leading to a seamless user experience.
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting resolving and maintaining information technology services
- Windows Management including Wintel (Windows Server/Client) expertise required
- Storage Solutions including Home Drive & Shared Drive Network Attached Storage (NAS) on-premises storage integration and management 1Drive Cloud storage integration and Distributed File System (DFS)
- Permissions Management including Centralized granular control of file/folder permissions and auditing and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in NAS Team Collaboration including coordinating for storage provisioning and troubleshooting
- Experience in permissions management and monitoring optimizing and load balancing the performance
- Experience in incident management high availability disaster recovery and regular failover testing
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting
- Working understanding of public cloud
