- Build and maintain strong daily communication with regional distributors and retailers to understand market dynamics competitive landscape and business challenges
- Identify growth opportunities (white space) with distributors and retailers to expand product category sales meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Develop and and manage relationships with ecommerce partners in LATAM like Amazon and Mercado Libre.
- Develop and nurture long-term profitable relationships with key international customers and partners
- Align product offerings with distributor needs to drive tailored sales strategies and maximize impact
- Collaborate on country-specific channel strategies that leverage retailer strengths and reinforce Trove Brands positioning
- Manage all territory-related administrative tasks including maintaining sales systems tools documentation and reporting processes
- Ensure international sales activities comply with both customer expectations and internal Trove Brands standards
- Develop a specific portfolio of established customers within the assigned region.
- Uphold and protect the integrity and value of the Trove Brands name in all business dealings.
Qualifications :
We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role were looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors degree in business administration international business or related field.
- 2-5 years sales experience including at least 2 years in international sales. Experience within Latin America markets is strongly preferred.
- Proven success in building and scaling international brick-and-mortar retail channels
- Experience managing end-to-end sales operationsfrom factory direct orders 3PL distribution centers to in-store execution
- Strong judgment negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives with distributors or retailers.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex business challenges.
- Understanding of global industry trends competitive landscapes and cultural influencesincluding pop culturethat shape consumer behavior and market dynamics. Prior experience with international business travel in Latin America is highly valued
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Able to travel 4-5 times per year depending on business need.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency with CRM systems.
