Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements manufacturing processes
• Provides concurrent engineering support
• Defines production activities and resolves problems of limited scope
• Reviews and approves technical documents
• Analyzes charging trends and develops projected manpower forecast
• Assists with the preparation and justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation
• Leads projects and participates in technical research on proposed projects
• Serves as primary interface with internal customers
• Translates data into actionable plan for implementation within the organization
• Compiles and provides management status reports for corrective/preventative action

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3 years experience developing and implementing manufacturing processes
• 3 years experience analyzing changing trends and developing projected workforce allocation
• 3 years experience translating data into an actionable plans for implementation within the organization
• Experience and proficiency in Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint Project and the ability to learn in-house systems
• Experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills with leadership and colleagues in an operations environment
• Ability to work any shift as needed as business conditions change

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher
• Active US Secret security clearance
• Experience working with or supporting military and/or defense products

Shift:

This position is currently scheduled for A shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm. As business conditions change the selected candidate should be able to work any shift as needed.
