About the Role:
We are seeking a Generative AI Architect to design implement and oversee the development of advanced AI systems and platforms.
The role combines technical leadership architecture design and hands-on AI expertise to deliver scalable high-performance generative AI solutions.
You will collaborate with data scientists engineers and business stakeholders to drive innovation optimize AI workflows and integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and deployment of generative AI models including transformers and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Architect end-to-end AI systems from data collection and preprocessing to model development training and production deployment.
Ensure seamless integration of AI systems with existing platforms to enhance functionality and business outcomes.
Collaborate with research teams to evaluate and adopt cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies.
Drive AI strategy and innovation recommending tools techniques and approaches to continuously improve performance and capabilities.
Mentor and guide engineering and data science teams in AI best practices MLOps and system architecture. Ensure scalable maintainable and robust AI/ML architectures deployed on cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
Establish ML pipelines versioning and CI/CD practices for AI/ML workflows.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in AI/ML model development particularly generative models and -on experience with MLOps AI pipelines and cloud deployment of AI systems. Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch TensorFlow or similar.
Strong understanding of deep learning reinforcement learning NLP and unsupervised learning. Experience with data engineering preprocessing and model optimization for generative AI applications. Knowledge of model versioning monitoring and CI/CD for AI/ML systems.
Strong problem-solving skills strategic thinking and ability to communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in enterprise-scale AI deployments. Familiarity with AI safety governance and ethical frameworks.
Previous experience in AI-driven product development or AI platform architecture. Strong ability to mentor and lead cross-functional teams in AI/ML best practices.
