Backend/Automation Engineer

80k equity 34 days a week in Waterloo

Our client is an early fintech start-up on a mission to help people save effortlessly across all parts of life from insurance to pet food.

Youll be buildingV1 of our customer-facing platform creating automation tools that connect to Gmail open banking APIs and insurance forms.

What youll be working with:

Python (FastAPI) on the backend

React on the frontend

Selenium / Playwright / Puppeteer for automation

AWS and database cross-referencing

Open banking and fintech integration experience a huge plus
