Our Outside School Hours Care service Mango Hill State School Helping Hands is looking for 2 passionate Casual Educators to assist the service and provide engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a casual opportunity to support throughout the school holidays.
You will work various shifts to support the services Holiday Program hours of Monday Friday 6:30am - 6:30pm.
About the role
Working in a team of Educators you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run our vacation care for children aged 5-12 years:
- Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents
- Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite
- Have the opportunity to take children on exciting day trips and excursions!
Who are we looking for
We can teach you about the job and sector but a few basics you need to have:
Enjoy working with kids
Strong and clear communication
Team player with a desire to become a service leader
Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (well pay for it!) and a state check for working with children

Qualifications :
A relevant Cert III (or above) in the Early Childhood Education and Care space is a bonus!
