HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Ensure product availability and delivery reliability along supply chain: (End to End)
- Review inventory levels to make sure market demand is met and there is no excess inventory
- Ensure inventory levels are within the agreed Target Stock
- Review un-confirmations and follow up with plants and markets
- Monitor forecast changes throughout the month
- Identify and discuss with local markets demand variations and adjustments based on historical data
- Closely monitor and manages inventory gaps to improve fill rate
- Ensure inventory levels stays within the warehouse capacities
- Monitor BKO root causes and address solutions
- Long term demand fulfillment for key marketing lines and/or articles
- Manage phase in and phase outs including but not limited to inventory development and status communication
- Monitor Add Inventory development
- KPI and reports maintenance
Collaborate and coordinate with Markets and Supply Chain Organizations:
- Align priorities with markets and communicate within the Supply Chain organization.
- Monitor inbound deliveries to stay within each DCs inventory limits based sales tracking.
- Work with Supply Management and Global Tire sourcing to identify/propose alternative solutions to reduce production constraints and shortages.
- Alert Management of manufacturing issues and actively identify supply shortage.
- Proactively review and communicate any FC changes or opportunities for production capacity review.
- Manage new launch inventory volumes and work with Plant on SOPs
- Centralize and support Market Data developments and set ups in AM region
- Work with all markets within the Americas to ensure market data integrity and sustainability
Special projects and reports as requested.

Qualifications :
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 2-5 years of Supply Chain experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI SAP R3
- Proficient in Excel
- High level of analytical skills; evaluating number and coming quickly to logical conclusions
- High sense of urgency
- Can work in a complex high-speed environment
- Generate precise presentations for upper management
- Ability to think abstractly and independently
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Continental is only able to offer visa support for internals individuals
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT
- 5-7 years of Supply Chain experience
- Degree in Supply Chain or related
