This is a key strategic role that blends commercial insight negotiation expertise and leadership. Youll be responsible for managing the centralised rate negotiation process ensuring fairness consistency and compliance while driving cost efficiency across the business.

- Lead the national strategy for courier pay negotiation ensuring robust cost control.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure our rates remain competitive and compliant.
- Develop and implement year-round negotiation frameworks that support sustainable business goals.
- Manage and inspire a team of negotiation and recruitment specialists driving efficiency and excellence across all negotiation discussions.
- Partner closely with senior leadership and local delivery teams to identify opportunities risks and long-term solutions.
- Ensure legal compliance with self-employed courier rights and maintain transparent communication throughout every negotiation process.
- Provide insight and reporting to support decision-making at executive level turning data into actionable results.

- Full UK driving licence.
