Junior Consultant for our Salesforce Team

What youll do
As our new team member youll join a cross-functional team and play a crucial role in identifying client challenges and areas for optimisation from a technology perspective mainly based on the Salesforce and Agentforce platform. Your work will include but is not limited to:

• Collaborating on the creation and enhancement of scalable Salesforce solutions while helping to ensure effective and accurate implementation
• Working closely with business stakeholders to understand customer journeys and commercial/service processes and translating them into clear Salesforce outcomes
• Assisting with data stewardship: migration preparation data quality practices consent and compliance considerations together with senior colleagues
• Co-facilitating workshops preparing clear executive materials and enabling leaders to drive change

What you bring

On top of that wed prefer if you:

• Are currently studying and is close to completing a relevant bachelors or have recently started a relevant masters degree in fields such as business IT engineering computer science or similar.
• Strive to learn about how technology drives business value with a particular interest in Salesforce
• Have strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to structure ideas clearly and turn complexity into clarity
