The Role
Were hiring aDigital Marketing Managerwho can own campaigns fromconcept to conversion managing private equity capital-raise initiatives that attract educate and convert accredited investors.
This role blendscreative executionwithdata-driven strategy. Youll coordinate across design CRM and ad operations teams to deliverfull-funnel campaigns that move investors from first impression to committed capital.
What Youll Do
- Manage Capital Raise Campaigns:Plan and execute marketing campaigns for private equity and real estate offerings from creative brief through post-launch reporting.
- Client-Facing Strategy:Interface directly with clients (fund managers syndicators developers) to understand investment goals and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
- Creative Coordination:Work with internal and external creative teams on ad copy design video and PR packages that align with brand voice and compliance standards.
- Email Marketing & Automation:Build and manage investor journeys nurture campaigns and drip sequences within our CRM system (GoHighLevel-based).
- Ad Campaign Management:Oversee paid campaigns acrossGoogle Meta and LinkedIn ensuring performance optimization and compliance.
- Social Media & Content Oversight:Direct organic and paid strategies for brand positioning and investor engagement.
- Performance Reporting:Analyze campaign data track investor funnel metrics and present insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:Partner closely with CRM developers designers and account managers to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
What Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
- 4 years of experience indigital marketing ideally infinancial services private equity real estate investing or wealth management.
- Proven success managingmulti-channel campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong understanding ofemail automationlead funnels andinvestor journey mapping.
- Experience managing creative teams (designers videographers writers).
- Proficiency withMeta Ads Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager and analytics tools likeGA4 Looker Studio or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills youll beclient-facingand speaking directly with executives and investors.
Bonus Points For:
- Familiarity withSEC/FINRA complianceReg D offerings and investment marketing regulations.
- Experience usingGoHighLevelor similar marketing automation platforms.
