Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting.
Valid state licensure to practice as a physical therapist meeting professional standards.
Current CPR certification required during clinical employment.
Valid drivers license with the ability to travel to different client locations.
