Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to maintain and grow relationships with Parts and Service Solutions (PSS) customers and service an account portfolio.

In this role you will: 

  • Complete all administrative activities connected with customer account set-up and maintenance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries including pricing of products and services delivery requests and issue resolution.
  • Build relationships with customers and promote PSS products and services to grow sales and increase the volume of customers purchases.
  • Communicate with the PSS sales and management teams to make leadership aware of customer concerns and issues.
  • Complete PSS warehouse activities (e.g. package and ship orders receive and inspect inventory products) as necessary to support timely delivery of goods. 
  • Prepare and deliver customer billing and respond to resulting queries. Report monthly regarding aging invoices.
  • Model behaviors that support the companys common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules regulations policies and procedures.
  • Comfort and willingness to communicate issues to leadership in order to drive an improved customer experience.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one years related work experience required; two years work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Basic CRM skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult issues.
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and problem-solve.
  • Ability to adapt to change including a willingness to take on new tasks and technology.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and flexibility to support other areas of the business as needed
