About the Role:
Were looking for Inside Sales/Support professional to join our growing Specialized LTL national network at Maersk Ground Freight. With over 65 stations and a strong linehaul backbone we deliver thousands of shipments daily to more than 40000 zip codes nationwide.
As an Inside Sales Executive youll play a key role in growing our customer base and delivering strategic logistics solutions to customers. Youll have the chance to leverage Maersks global footprint and extensive logistics services and products along with your networking skills to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and grow new business opportunities through outreach networking and regular client engagement
Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers ensuring their needs are consistently met
Stay current on Maersks product and services and industry trends to confidently represent Maersk offerings
Collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver smooth customer onboarding and experience
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities
Use Salesforce to manage leads track progress and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Meet assigned revenue goals and contribute to overall business growth
Who were looking for:
At least 1 year of proven sales success is preferred either in logistics freight forwarding or ground transportation and/or 2 years of experience in operations.
A customer-focused results-oriented approach with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Analytical thinker and problem-solver especially when navigating complex supply chain challenges.
Salesforce experience preferred or other CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelors degree is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary Range: $70000 - $85000.
Commission: 10% Annual Bonus

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions experience and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
Travel:
This is primarily an in-office position but you may need to travel occasionally to meet with clients with 90% of the time spent in the office. Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
You may have in-person training 12 times per year.
