Role Overview: The Vice President of Product is a strategic leader responsible for defining and executing the product vision strategy and roadmap. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with company goals.
- Champion a culture of excellence ownership and continuous improvement.
- Set ambitious goals and inspire teams to exceed them.
High-Performance Culture Development
- Build and lead a high-performing product team through clear expectations coaching and feedback.
- Recognize and reward outstanding performance and innovation.
- Drive a bias for action data-informed decision-making and customer obsession.
Product Execution
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
- Ensure products are delivered on time within scope and exceed quality standards.
- Implement agile and lean methodologies to accelerate delivery and responsiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering Marketing Revenue and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution.
- Break down silos and foster transparency and trust across teams.
Customer & Market Insights
- Leverage customer feedback market trends and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Ensure products solve real problems and deliver measurable value.
Operational Excellence
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure product success and team performance.
- Continuously refine processes to improve speed quality and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate product strategy progress and impact to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Act as a thought leader and advocate for the product vision internally and externally.
