Job Summary
- New tool and follow-up tool projects as well as relocation tools create specification sheets evaluate measurement report create correction strategies and follow tool release process.
- Tooling improvement e.g. design improvement for series production or maintainability.
- Tooling problem solving and 8D report support.
- Technical supplier discussion e.g. spare part new tool order tool correction.
Qualifications :
Education Background:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Tooling Mechanical Plastic Engineering or other related fields.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Professional experience in plastic mold industry mold tools design and release.
- CAD software preferably NX Professional evaluation of 3D scan preferably GOM Basic moldflow simulation.
- Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills to reach out to customer/partners and internal.
