Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the technical performance of Reverse Vending Systems (RVS) and their digital integrations.
- Being ambassador between customer requests related to digital integration and API solutions. Programming skills are not required but welcome.
- Manage the RVS install base monitoring performance and reliability of the equipment along with their digital integrations.
- Define standards and check-lists for machine commissioning.
- Collaborate with a network of technical product experts contributing knowledge and expertise to projects across the Business Unit.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support to technicians and customers.
- Participate in projects that enhance the Business Units success.
- Act as a professional representative of TOMRA to customers embodying our values and commitment to quality.
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent education in electrical engineering or IT sector.
- Experience with and interest in data analytics and data reporting (e.g. SQL PowerBI)
- Strong interest and broad experience across IT related topics such as; Network setup operating systems basic programming APIs.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Team leading experience is an advantage.
- Fluent Polish and very good English communication skills (ability to read technical documentation in English)
