Job Summary
Continuous improvement of test programs for automotive ASICs on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). Support/lead tasks and projects from development to release for mass production.
- Improve test programs for quality test time and yield by modifying existing or introducing new test methods
- Modify or enhance corresponding test specifications
- Execute release activities to qualify modifications for production usage
- Collect and analyze data to secure test methods in full self-responsibility
- Cooperate with different development and production teams at various locations including both internal functions and external suppliers
- Transfer test techniques between different tester platforms or locations
Special condition - For job-induction a stay of 6-12 months in Germany (Reutlingen) at the beginning might be required.
Qualifications :
- Education - Master or Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Professional Competence - Good knowledge of electrical measurements (digital and analog) and good coding skills (e.g. C C Visual Basic)
- Experience and Knowhow - A minimum of 2 years project experience in semiconductor test development field. Experience in the tester platform Advantest V93k is an added advantage.
- Leadership Competence - Ability to lead technical discussions with design team
- Entrepreneurial Mindset Skill to drive projects that meets performance development costs product costs (test time) and schedule objectives
- Personality - Effective team player with focalized work method acting own driven responsible cooperative having good communication skills
- Languages - Fluent English (written and spoken) knowledge in German is an added advantage
