Job Purpose:
Communicate with customers to arrange service/repair jobs follow up parts delivery status and ensure all jobs are smoothly and completed on time for invoicing.
Main Responsibilities:(Maintenance & Service)
- Review new agreements/service requests.
- Trigger the need for requisition/purchase in Siebel for all type of material or labor purchases.
- Arrange sub-contractor services and equipments.
- Generate service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) for on-call and warranty work.
- Assign work to field operatives through planning board.
- Review o job costs such as labor expenses and materials; review agreement profitability.
- Approve work so that charge lines are ready to admin for sending to invoicing.
- Execute all functions in line with the applicable delegation of authority.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 standard
Qualifications :
Key Job Requirements:
Qualification/Education:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering
Skills & Knowledge:
- 2-3 years work experience in Service industries.
- Knowledge and experience of customer service and customer communication preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications e.g. Outlook Word Excel
