Job Summary
1. Support the Migration Effort - Assist in planning testing and executing the transition to BigID SaaS platform ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations.
2. Ensure Compliance and Security Alignment - Work with internal teams to align the migration with security regulatory and operational requirements.
3. Optimise performance and Scalability - Provide Expertise in configuring and optimising BigID SaaS deployment for Morgan Stanleys security and scaling demands.
4. Support Ongoing Deliverables - Assist with maintaining the on-prem and Azure-based BigID scanners ensuring seamless integration with the new SaaS model.
The approved role and additional support will yield below outcomes
> Accelerated Migration - Reduce the transition timeline and ensure a smooth migration to BigID SaaS.
> Reduced operational overhead - Shift maintenance responsibilities for certain infrastructure to vendor and other support teams within Mogan Stanley.
> Enhanced Security - Minimise the exposure to vulnerabilities by adopting a more agile update and rollout process.
> Improved compliance and Governance - Ensure that sensitive data scanning aligns with regulatory and policy requirements.
Conclusion - The complexity of the BigID migration and ongoing need for operational support make it essential to bring in an additional FTC. This will ensure that the transition is executed efficiently while maintaining the compliance security and operational stability. Kubernetes
