Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and experienced General Manager for a New Opening concept in London.
Hours per week: 45 hours
The ideal candidate must have full confidence in the running of the operation and can ensure the delivery of exceptional service to guests. They will also have a sharp understanding of business finance in order to maximize sales and exceed targets. The GM will work closely with the Senior General Manager to maximize service delivery opportunities and in turn ensure the continued success of the restaurant.
As well as operational control The GM will be responsible for leading & motivating a team.
Qualifications :
- Have experience in as a manager within a hospitality environment ideally restaurant
- Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment and team
- Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
- Good delegation and influencing skills
- Able to demonstrate team development skills
- Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
